Welcome! Bienvenue!

We all have times in our life when we feel as though we aren't showing up as our true selves or we feel lost. When this happened to me, I found a deeper sense of myself when I discovered the Girl. Through conversations I had with her and through my art, I found ways to connect, express and discover new things about myself.

While working with others, I have found the Girl is a tool that they can use as well. She represents the "life force" in each of us, no matter our gender or self-identification, and can open the door to facilitating new conversations and discoveries together.

What powerful journeys can we all have together?

HELLO, I’M HELENE …

A full-time entrepreneur Artist and Psychologist, now residing in Canada, I’ve lived in 6 countries while raising 3 children.

I know what it feels like to leave everything behind and start fresh not knowing the culture, the social codes, values, or language. You need to figure out how to settle your family into a new place while your partner is overworked, or you both are, only to possibly pack up and start again in a new country shortly thereafter. Not easy!

I HAVE BEEN ON A ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS THROUGH THE MANY TRANSITIONS……. AND THAT’S life.

As an educated professional with all the tools in my toolkit, my confidence and self-esteem were left fragile after being so worn. The energy to reinvent myself each time began to dwindle.

I love parenting but began to find it, especially demanding living abroad far from our support system of family, friends, and familiar culture.

Professionally, I’ve developed multiple careers, primarily focused on clinical psychology.

Connection is the energy that is created between people when they feel seen, heard and valued- when they can give and receive without judgement.
